As a professional coach, I believe in the process of life coaching because it helped me to clarify the direction of my own personal life. In addition to being of service to others through coaching, the process allowed me to develop a life purpose statement which guides and directs my life. I have included it below to let you know that coaching works. As a result of this process, I was able to successfully complete two degrees moving me forward in achieving my personal goals. My commitment here is to be authentic and transparent about my own life journey and hold fast to my direction while you discover yours.
