Each coach should bring with them not only their credentialing from a professional coach training organization, but have the heart of a coach to affirm, challenge, and motivate you along your journey. For that reason, as your coach, I have included some of my life history and experiences to better equip you in choosing One in the Spirit coaching for your transformational process.

My creed describes my view that everyone, regardless of age, race, past experiences, faith, religion, lack of religion, orientation, disability or any other factor is a valued creation of God, worthy of respect. My journey describes how I became a coach, and my qualifications summarize some of my career experiences.
